Non-discrimination policy: 

Bo Arvin Memorial Foundation is an equal opportunity organization and will not allow discrimination based upon age, ethnicity, ancestry, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, or any other status prohibited by applicable law. 

Non-Partisan policy: 

Bo Arvin Memorial Foundation is a non-partisan body which respects the diversity of political opinions among Board of Directors, Professional Board Members as well as donors, sponsors and recipients of scholarships and any funding. 

Dissolution Provision: 

Upon the dissolution of this organization, assets shall be distributed for one or more exempt purposes within the meaning of IRC Section 501(c)(3), or corresponding section of any future federal tax code, or shall be distributed to the federal government, or to a state or local government, for public purpose.
